The 2024 NDS Workforce Census data collection has now been completed and the survey findings will be published on 5 June at NDS’s Virtual Workforce Conference.

The NDS Workforce Census data collection is a unique resource for the disability sector available only to NDS members.

Unlike ABS workforce data collected by the Australian Bureau of Statistics which uses outmoded classifications, Workforce Census has been developed within the industry to deliver you real, practical and timely data. Since September 2015, NDS workforce surveys have collected data at a national and state and territory level for Disability Support Workers and Allied Health Workers, and provided insights on a variety of issues crucial to the developing sector.
